- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and cornstarch.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and vinegar or lemon juice.

Notes
Chicken thighs stay juicier, but chicken breasts also work. If the sauce gets too thick, add a small splash of water. For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes or sriracha.
